Does anyone know the name of the new ab machine that you rock back instead of sit up, and has roller pads that massage your back while you do your workout, and the celebrity “host” was Adreinne Janic (sp) from Overhaulin’? I thought it was ab rocket or something but its not body by Jake’s ab rocker. Its driving me crazy!
I’m not looking for advice on a better abs exercise or not. I want the name of the machine so it will stop making me crazy.
Hmmm.sounds like a waste of money….do this. Hold your belly in tight. Try to touch your belly button to your spine. And hold it for a count of 20. Do it all through out the day. It will work the transverse abs and make your stomach stronger. And it is free.
