3 cm dilated 80% effaced by 5 days with irregular contractions and bloody show, how long?
Hello my doc Tuesday examined me and told me I was 3 cm 80% cleared, I had irregular contractions that do not hurt either, refers house to wait for strong contractions started. I tried walk, birth ball, nipple stimulation, castor oil, sex and all the rest, as they had a bloody spectacle. Now it's Saturday and although my contractions are more regular than suffer a little more. Just wanted to know how long this situation will be very uncomfortable if I am exhausted by any nn sleep tired of hearing "is. Where are you? Unfortunately, not classified as a labor force until their 4cm dilated pupils, it may take some time to achieve everything I've tried is good, but unless you are ready bubbles and your body is ready any number of stories older women are going to get it moving (try to rest as much as you can … surprisingly, the more anxious and tense that are least likely to be labor, have a good relaxing shower / bath and relax, read a book, etc, can do wonders. How to get to 3 cm and be deleted 80% is an excellent start, but depending of pregnancy, probably not too far! Good luck
